Spa Policies


Arrive Early: Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early as you may be required to fill out paperwork. It will allow ample time to check in and change into your spa attire. Wait time may very especially on weekends and holidays. 

First Time Guests: When booking your appointment, we require a pre-payment of services by Venmo, Zelle or cash. If you do not show up for your appointment time without any notice, then you forfeit your service and full payment is rendered. 50% of your pre-payment will be refunded if less than four hours notice is given. If your services are paid through online discount sites, then you lose your voucher and is considered redeemed. We hate to do this, but we are here for you and when you don't show up, we all lose out.

Packages/Series:  Anytime a series is purchased directly in-house or from Groupon or Living Social, these packages are intended to be used every two to four weeks. Canceling or rescheduling a standing appointment past the regular timeframe will result in an added fee.  

Cancellations: We ask that you call at least 4 hours prior to your appointment to allow someone else to take your spot. We are by appointment only and sometimes we make a special trip just for you, so please have the courtesy to think of our time as well. All clients new and existing will be charged for the full service if no contact is made and less than a 4 hour notice. If we have too frequent no-shows on file, then we require a pre-payment or no appointment.

Loyal Clients: Oops! I did it again!: We love you, but please let us know if you just simply cant make it. We know that you'll be back and we really don't want to charge you for not showing up. If you over sleep or you car broke down and " Aunt Flow from Redlands is in town". Honestly, we understand so please just call or text. It's okay!.
